These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Impiseo website and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service, or interfere with any other party’s use of it.

To use certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that the sites you connect to the Service are ones you own or are authorized to access and analyze.

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google Search Console. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Impiseo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Service to: probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system; interfere with the Service’s servers or networks; access the Service using automated means beyond what is provided; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users’ accounts.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that results from recommendations will be achieved.

Analytics and recommendations are estimates and provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking or traffic outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impiseo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Impiseo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your connection of sites, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using and delete your account at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Impiseo operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
